Job summary

Elementa Support Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a full-time, ongoing contract in Bath. The role offers daily pay of £168.80–£261.78 (MPS + UPS) and requires QTS or QTLS with primary teaching experience.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, differentiate for all pupils, assess progress and contribute to a supportive school community. Training and DBS processing are part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment practices.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons.
• High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Passion for supporting children to thrive academically and personally.
• Strong communication and collaboration with colleagues, parents and professionals.
