Job summary

Prospero Teaching are seeking a passionate Primary PPA Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Hackney (E9). You will provide class cover, support planning and deliver engaging lessons to pupils across key stages, Monday to Thursday.

The role offers a competitive daily rate (£150-£230), immediate start and a long-term contract. You must have QTS, Right to Work in the UK and an enhanced DBS. An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and strong behaviour management.

Qualifications

• Must have QTS and Right to Work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check registered with the update service (or willing to apply).
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified primary teacher.
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
• Adapt teaching to individual students' EHCP where applicable.
• Assess pupil progress using a variety of strategies.
