TeacherActive is partnering with Bradford-based mainstream primary schools to recruit an experienced HLTA who can lead learning and deliver planned lessons across the primary age range. The role offers flexible day-to-day work with potential for long-term and permanent positions.

The successful HLTA will provide whole-class cover, support individual pupils and small groups, and maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management in collaborative school environments across Bradford.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a primary school environment.
• Experience delivering lessons and providing whole-class cover.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• A flexible and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across the primary age range, including delivering planned lessons, providing whole-class cover and supporting individual pupils and small groups when required.
