Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for primary schools in and around Wolverhampton from September 2026. Roles are available on both full-time and part-time contracts, including long-term and supply opportunities with dedicated mentor support.

Positions offer induction, CPD access, and flexible placements across schools with protected PPA time to aid professional development and experience building.

Qualifications

• Holds UK QTS
• ECTs or newly qualified teachers on induction
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour to support learning
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching
