Job summary

Revolve Collective Limited is recruiting Primary Cover Supervisors to support Derby schools. You will supervise activities prepared by teaching staff and help keep pupils on task within established school routines.

Required is experience with primary‑aged children and the confidence to manage a class, with a solid understanding of safeguarding and the ability to follow school policies and report outcomes clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising groups in KS1 or KS2.
• Clear instructions and consistent behaviour management.
• Understanding of safeguarding.
• Sound judgement about when to involve teaching or senior staff.

• Explain activities, keep pupils focused, and monitor engagement.
• Follow the school's behaviour procedures and safeguarding rules.
