Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a PE supply teacher or cover supervisor to work at an excellent partnership secondary school in Hull. The role is temporary and ongoing, paying £140–£180 per day depending on experience and qualifications.

There are no fixed days, with frequent shifts available to suit your availability. The role involves covering diverse PE lessons due to absences, contributing to the school's smooth operation and building strong relationships with staff and students.

Qualifications

• Have experience working within UK schools.
• Has experience supporting within UK schools.
• Has experience working as a teacher.
• Has a PGCE or similar teaching qualification/experience.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Cover a variety of different lessons due to absences within the school.
• Be an integral part of the running of the school, ensuring consistent cover.
• Forge strong relationships with staff and students.
• Operate on a casual basis within the PE department.
