Willing Recruitment is assisting an Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery in the Catford area to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years practitioner. The role offers a 40-hour contract with the option to work across 4 days, ensuring consistent care for children.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent, with solid EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to thrive in this warm, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Plan and support engaging activities that promote confidence, creativity, and development.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support learning journeys.
• Encourage outdoor exploration and child-led learning through play.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive environment for every child.
• Maintain high safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practices.
• Work with the team to provide exceptional early years education and care.
