Job summary

Benugo Limited in London is seeking an experienced Events Supervisor for Benugo at Science Museum London. You will run a variety of museum events, attend client meetings, plan in detail, liaise with hosts and the hospitality team, suppliers and staff, and provide post-event feedback.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple events across a busy, rotating schedule in a prestigious venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience running events in a similar operation.
• Experience managing people in a hospitality/events setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely daily administration requirements.
• Order products/services for each delivery/event.
• Ensure stock takes for food, drinks, packaging and equipment are accurate.
• Support larger events across the Event/Hospitality business.
• Provide training to team to ensure high performance and consistency.
