Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking an enthusiastic MFL Teacher for a Dudley secondary school, starting after the October half-term. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3/KS4, with potential to extend depending on school needs.

The role requires QTS (ECTs welcome) and experience teaching MFL at secondary level, with the ability to teach French, Spanish or another language and strong KS3/KS4 knowledge. A passion for languages and cultures is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required; ECTs welcome to apply.
• Experience teaching MFL at secondary level.
• Ability to teach French, Spanish or another Modern Foreign Language.
• Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 MFL curriculum.
• Experience preparing students for GCSE advantageous.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students.
• A passion for languages and delivering engaging lessons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver well-planned and engaging MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Assess student progress and maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
• Create a positive learning environment and encourage students to develop a genuine interest in languages and cultures.
