Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4 in line with the national curriculum.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly and provide targeted feedback.
• Collaborate with Maths department colleagues to enhance teaching and curriculum delivery.
• Promote positive behaviour and a culture of high expectations across the school.
• Support safeguarding, pupil wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
