Job summary

West Herts College Group is seeking dynamic Maths Lecturers to join our dedicated Maths team. You will deliver, develop and prepare Stepping Stones and GCSE qualifications and support colleagues in embedding Maths across vocational courses.

This full-time role (37 hours per week) involves teaching across West Herts College Group campuses, with opportunities for training and development and a supportive team environment. The closing date is 27th September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience of teaching Maths with the ability to be creative and adaptable.
• Deliver, develop and prepare Stepping Stones and GCSE qualifications.
• Support diagnostic process and provide evidence of learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Teach Maths and embed Maths into vocational courses.
• Provide individual and team support to vocational staff embedding Maths.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and individual learning plans.
• Contribute to quality processes with evidence of outstanding practice.
