Job summary

Harlequin in Watford is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing function within the centre management team. You will assist in delivering campaigns to boost brand metrics, footfall, retailer sales and market share in line with the annual plan.

The role requires energetic, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills who can troubleshoot and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use Canva for marketing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact at all levels.
• Able to work in a team or independently under supervision.
• Good organisational and time management skills, prioritising and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team to deliver the annual marketing plan.
• Lead event operations and logistics for centre events.
• Assist in agency management including creative, digital, PR and print.
• Support campaign rollout and social media delivery.
• Assist in delivering the centre’s digital marketing strategy and manage the CMS.
