The role demands fault diagnosis, and hands-on repairs, with a proactive approach and strong teamwork. A valid UK driving licence is essential and a structured rota supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge (Level 3 or above).
• 18th Edition qualification required.
• Experience with motors, drives, fault finding, and control systems.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
• Welding skills (advantageous).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence - essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs.
• Maintaining machinery, plant, and site facilities.
• Supporting spare parts management and stock control.
• Working closely with the wider team to prioritise workloads.
