Complete Classroom Services Ltd is recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants for opportunities across Bedford with an immediate start. Flexible ad hoc, part-time and full-time positions are available to suit your schedule.

Support pupils with learning, assist teachers, and help create an inclusive classroom. A Level 3 TA qualification and prior school experience are required, with strong communication and classroom management skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Have experience supporting children within a school or educational setting.
• Possess strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Be proactive, patient and confident adapting to different learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support to pupils across a range of ages and abilities.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and the preparation of learning resources.
• Offer targeted support to individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Help maintain a structured, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
• Work alongside teaching staff to support pupils' academic progress and wellbeing.
