Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or property is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and tenants.
• Full UK driving licence and local knowledge of Croydon.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information.
• Respond to enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Maintain accurate listings, viewings and applicant records in CRM.
• Support tenancy agreement preparation and move-in coordination.
• Conduct market research on local rental trends.
