Eventus Legal are seeking a Float Legal Secretary to join a national law firm in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 and is office-based.

You will support solicitors and partners across various departments, offering variety in your day. Working across real estate, private client, and other teams, you will type, amend and proofread documents, manage diaries, handle calls and emails, and assist with billing and file administration.

Competenze

• Previous legal secretarial experience in a reputable law firm.
• Accurate typing, document preparation and proofreading.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing requests from several fee earners.
• Flexible approach to supporting different legal departments.
• Professional communication and discretion with confidential client information.
