Job summary

Holy Family Catholic Primary School in Addlestone, Surrey, is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant on a fixed-term contract until 16 July 2027. The role is part-time, term-time, 34 hours per week, with a PS3 salary of £20,422.

You will work under the guidance of the class teacher to provide 1-1 or small-group support, help deliver learning programmes, monitor pupil progress, and support safeguarding and wellbeing in a Catholic school environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-1 and/or group support/intervention and monitor pupil performance.
• Assist in delivering and evaluating learning programmes and adapting teaching materials to meet individual needs.
• Support the well-being, behaviour and personal development of pupils.
• Fulfil safeguarding duties in accordance with school policy and current legislation.
• Hours may include breakfast and after-school wraparound care before/after school.
