Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to support Secondary schools across Greenwich ASAP. The role is based in Greenwich with Monday to Friday, 8.30am–3.30pm and a daily rate of £100–£117.You could be an experienced LSA or TA with childcare experience, supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups, helping with learning, behaviour and inclusion. The assignment offers supply, short-term and longer-term placements with ongoing education consultant support.

Qualifications

• A Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant experience or relevant childcare qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, reliability and ability to work across different school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support across KS3, KS4, and KS5 settings.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups where required.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and participation in learning.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment.
• Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settings.
