Qualifications

• Patient and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Willingness to support pupils with additional needs and behaviour management

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support to individuals and small groups
• Help deliver engaging learning activities
• Promote pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Support pupils with EHCPs if required
• Contribute to wider life of the school and learning environment
