Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an English Teacher for KS3 and KS4 in a full-time, temporary capacity. You will plan and deliver engaging English lessons, manage classes of around 30 students, and take on form tutor responsibilities within a supportive department.

You should hold QTS and a degree in English (or related field), with proven experience delivering the National Curriculum and strong safeguarding commitment. Competitive pay is provided on a weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering the National Curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
• Strong classroom management to engage around 30 students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons for KS3 and KS4 to raise attainment.
• Assess progress using formative data to prevent any student from falling behind.
• Act as a Form Tutor and contribute to school life and safeguarding.
• Collaborate to develop and refine Schemes of Work.
