Qualifications

• HLTA qualification required or equivalent.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
• Experience delivering lessons to groups and supporting KS1/KS2.

Responsibilities

• Support learning for individuals and small groups under the Headteacher's direction.
• Deliver planned lessons and adapt strategies to meet diverse needs.
• Contribute to safeguarding, planning, and maintaining pupil records.
