Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking SCPH qualified Health Visitors to join our Reading team on a full or part-time basis. You will deliver core and targeted services to children aged 0-5 and their families, within a supportive, forward-thinking environment that values development and teamwork.

You will work closely with the Health Visiting team, line managers and partners to provide high-quality care using the Solihull Approach, backed by robust training and safeguarding

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in partnership with other teams and agencies.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Health Visitor.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement outcome-focused care plans and evaluate care in partnership with clients.
• Provide support to families using the Solihull Approach in behaviour management, parenting skills and delivering programmes of care to vulnerable families.
• Develop and facilitate Health Visiting drop-in clinics, health promotion activities and groups.
