Job summary

Virgin Active in London seeks an energetic Exercise Experience Leader to deliver group fitness classes across London and Collection clubs, while upholding the Virgin Active brand and values.

You will coach, design and refresh innovative programmes, collaborate with Head of Exercise Experience and club teams on PR and marketing, and develop your social media presence under company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Personally deliver classes across London & Collection clubs with the uniqueness that’s given you a following.
• Receive 1-to-1 coaching and feedback through quality assurance assessments.
• Deliver signature programme in VA brand wear or uniform.
• Deliver training for specialized areas (once in role at least 3–6 months).
• Assist Head of Exercise Experience with quality assurance and live assessments when necessary.
• Partner with Head of Exercise Experience to give team members coaching and performance feedback when appropriate.
• Contribute to programming development and refreshes.
• Partner with Head Office, Regional Group Exercise Managers and club teams on Public Relations and Marketing strategies.
• Establish and manage your social media profile in accordance with company guidelines and policy.
