Job summary

Portmeirion Group PLC is seeking a Warehouse FLT Driver in the United Kingdom to safely move goods within the warehouse using forklift equipment. You will support goods-in, storage, replenishment and dispatch, ensuring stock is handled correctly and workflows run smoothly.

You will operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance, Reach or similar), perform daily safety checks, collaborate with colleagues to meet targets, and assist with picking, packing and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance, Reach, or both).
• Previous warehouse or FLT experience preferred.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Experience with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Flexibility to support other warehouse tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance, Reach, or other FLT types) to move, load, and unload pallets and materials.
• Safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Transport stock to designated warehouse locations.
• Support picking, packing, and order preparation when required.
• Complete daily safety checks on FLT equipment and report defects.
• Maintain accurate stock handling and follow warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and free from hazards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including manual handling guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets.
