Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a field-based Retail Sales Performance Manager to cover Central London and the South of the UK. The role demands extensive travel and a hands-on leadership style on the shop floor.

You will drive sales targets, develop local door plans, train store teams, and collaborate with the UKI head office on commercial opportunities. Travel will be required, up to 80% of the time, with retailers and partners across the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in premium beauty management with sales and education experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets in designated areas with flagship doors and aligned plans.
• Develop local door lists and journey plans; manage area activities.
• Evaluate area performance and adjust strategy based on results.
• Build strong relationships with store leadership and staff.
• Develop seasonal retail marketing plans with partners to hit sales goals.
• Coach and develop in-store teams to meet KPIs and brand standards.
• Collaborate with UKI head office to provide feedback on opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels during store visits and communicate needs.
