Job summary

Provide Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the DN7 area from September. This is a full-time, ongoing position, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive school community.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Early Years team to support children's learning and development, helping to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

Qualifications

• A recognised childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred).
• Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
• Ideally, previous experience supporting pupils within EYFS.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will support children's learning and development in the EYFS setting.
• Assist with creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
