Job summary

Flourish Education in Evesham is seeking an Early Years Teacher to lead an EYFS class at a First School. The role involves planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons for young children, with a strong emphasis on play-based learning and development.

ECTs welcome; QTS or eligibility required. You will join a supportive team, ensure safeguarding, and contribute to individual learning trajectories within a collaborative school setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or eligibility to work as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience in Early Years or primary school settings is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and ability to plan, deliver, and assess learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging EYFS‑aligned lessons and activities.
• Take full class responsibility and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and observe children's progress to inform planning and next steps.
• Adapt planning and resources for differing abilities.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and pupil wellbeing.
