In Any Event UK in Portishead is seeking an enthusiastic Event Co-ordinator to join our growing team. You will manage conferences, exhibitions, product launches and corporate events from planning through onsite delivery, delivering outstanding service.

The role is office-based with 37.5 hours per week and a flexible schedule for event delivery, including occasional evenings and travel. Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, administration or customer service is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confident using technology and learning new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Event planning and coordination for conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Delegate registration and communications.
• Liaising with venues and suppliers, coordinating AV, catering and accommodation.
• Maintaining event plans, budgets and timelines.
• Onsite event delivery and post-event follow-up.
