Job summary

Angard Staffing is recruiting for a Royal Mail Delivery Driver in Fareham. This temporary post involves delivering letters and parcels across the local area, with a mix of driving a Royal Mail van and on-foot route work. You will be the face of Royal Mail in the community, providing safe, reliable service in all weather conditions.

Shifts are variable and may change at short notice. A full, manual UK driving licence (no more than 6 points) is required, and you should be prepared to walk long

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points on your licence.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; you must adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your delivery route.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and complete parts of the route on foot.
• Handle election materials and food/alcohol items per policy.
• Pass a driving assessment on start and maintain safety standards.
