Job summary

Office Angels is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a Bradford-based team in a temporary to permanent role. You will manage a section of the Sales Ledger, chasing debts and maintaining positive customer relationships within a busy manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have credit control experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience. Immediate start or within one week is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Credit Control position
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central- this is essential
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Receive, balance and post bank payments
• Allocate customer payments accurately
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Investigate and resolve account queries, POD requests and correspondence
• Follow up outstanding and overdue accounts via telephone, email and letter
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Liaise with the sales team and internal departments regarding overdue accounts, queries and other account-related matters
• Maintain accurate customer records and account notes
• Support the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
