Zest Education is recruiting motivated Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Bromsgrove and surrounding Worcestershire. This role suits graduates or those with experience in coaching, mentoring, or youth work who want to pursue teaching.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and provide feedback to teachers. The positions are temporary supply roles starting September, with both full-time and part-time opportunities and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Recent school-based experience or care-based experience within last 5 years.
• Willingness to support learners across different subjects.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Desirable: classroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Create and maintain a positive, focused learning environment.
• Encourage pupil participation and keep pupils on task.
• Provide clear written feedback for the classroom teacher.
