Job summary

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS) is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Chesterfield Core Community Therapy team. You will provide rehab and complex discharge planning to enable safe discharge home.

The role involves 7-day working with some weekends/bank holidays (approx. 1 in 8 weekends) and requires travel across the locality with access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered or working towards this
• Occupational Therapy Diploma/Degree or working towards this
• L'Apple accredited or equivalent
