Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community MSK Physiotherapist to join our expanding MSK service serving Knowsley and St Helens. You will manage your own caseload, perform comprehensive MSK assessments, and deliver evidence-based treatment plans in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Newly qualified clinicians are welcome, with access to regular supervision, training and development opportunities to progress clinically and professionally within our community services.

Qualifications

• Undertaking comprehensive MSK assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
• Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and monitoring progress.
• Supporting patients to self-manage and make informed decisions about care.
• Prioritising referrals and managing a varied caseload safely within a MDT.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking comprehensive MSK assessments and developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and monitoring patient progress throughout the pathway.
• Supporting patients to self-manage conditions and make informed care decisions.
• Working within a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
