Qualifications

• Proven Commercial Property Management experience.
• Strong understanding of landlord & tenant matters and service charges.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, professional and commercially minded.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
• Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, insurance renewals and claims.
• Manage service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Deal with rent arrears, credit control and tenant queries.
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and landlord & tenant matters.
• Prepare client reports and process invoices.
• Proactively resolve issues and challenging situations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the business.
