Beach Baker Property Recruitment is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager for the North West, covering Manchester and Liverpool with a hybrid working pattern. You will take ownership of a diverse industrial-focused portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to institutional fund clients.

The role involves managing day-to-day operations, service charges, client reporting and compliance, while mentoring junior colleagues and developing leadership responsibilities within a respected practice.

Qualifications

• Commercial Property Management experience.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Experience managing service charge processes.
• A proactive and organised approach to workload management.
• Good commercial awareness and market knowledge.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• MRICS qualification (desirable, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial portfolio with an industrial focus.
• Build and maintain relationships with fund clients, occupiers and asset managers.
• Manage lease events and occupier matters.
• Prepare client reports and deliver exceptional client service.
• Oversee service charge budgets, reconciliations and approvals.
• Oversee compliance, health & safety and contractor performance.
• Supervise site-based staff where required.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues.
• Take on increasing client-facing and leadership responsibilities.

Manchester /Liverpool- Hybrid opportunity

I'm currently working with one of the UK's most respected property consultancies, seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their growing North West team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional who enjoys taking ownership of a portfolio, building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to institutional fund clients. You'll manage a diverse commercial portfolio with a significant industrial focus, while working alongside an established and highly regarded property management team.

The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for a varied commercial portfolio, managing everything from day-to-day property operations through to service charge budgets, occupier relationships and client reporting.

• Managing a portfolio of industrial, office, retail and leisure assets
• Building strong relationships with fund clients, occupiers and asset managers
• Managing lease events and occupier matters
• Preparing client reports and delivering exceptional client service
• Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations and approvals
• Overseeing compliance, health & safety and contractor performance
• Supervising site-based staff where required
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues

About You
