Job summary

NPTC Group of Colleges is seeking a hospitality operative in one of its refectories. This part-time role is 20 hours per week with occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends, fixed term until 30 September 2027 or until the postholder returns.

Salary is pro rata (£11,485 per year equivalent), with 36.8 weeks per annum. Experience in catering or customer service is welcome, and training will be provided for those without prior experience.

• Experience in catering or customer service environment is ideal
• Willingness to learn and provide good customer service

Responsibilities

• Support hospitality operations in the refectory
• Assist customers and colleagues in a friendly manner
• Ensure service standards and cleanliness are maintained
