Job summary

Collaborating with colleagues, you will contribute to curriculum development, participate in staff development, and support the personal and social wellbeing of pupils in the school community.

Qualifications

• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons with accessible curriculum access for all children.
• Assessing, recording and analysing pupil progress and reporting to the Headteacher and parents.
• Promoting pupil wellbeing and maintaining a safe, stimulating classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• The teaching of pupils in the class to which you are assigned.
• Management of staff, resources and curriculum development within the class.
• Contributing to curriculum review and development as a subject leader per the trust handbook.
• Maintaining health, safety and welfare of pupils, visitors and staff.
