Responsibilities

• Directing and supervising Teaching Assistants.
• Co-operation with other professionals and external agencies.
• Teach pupils in assigned group according to their educational needs, including setting and marking work.
• Use a variety of delivery methods appropriate to students' learning styles.
• Provide a positive, safe learning environment and maintain high standards of behaviour.
• Support the school safeguarding policies and promote health and safety.
