Job summary

A respected law firm in London is seeking a Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a busy litigation team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion, delivering practical legal advice and outstanding client service throughout the dispute resolution process.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor status (England & Wales) or equivalent.
Experience handling civil and commercial litigation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and client care.
Ability to manage workload within a wider team.
Proactive approach with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Managing a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
Preparing pleadings, witness statements, applications and correspondence.
Advising clients on legal strategy and routes to resolution.
Representing clients in court hearings, mediations and other dispute resolution proceedings.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law.
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
