Ringrose Law in Lincoln is seeking a qualified Children Law solicitor to join the team. The role focuses on private children law matters, representing clients, and providing advocacy in court. You will manage files, support the Children Department, and build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

The position requires strong communication and organisational skills, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive approach to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Children Law Department.
• Resolution accreditation and/or Children Panel membership preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Knowledge of Legal Aid regulations and procedures advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in Private Children Law and domestic abuse cases.
• Conduct advocacy in and out of court.
• Manage files using Proclaim Case Management System (training provided).
• Assist other members of the Children Department when required.
• Network and maintain professional relationships.
