Responsibilities

• Sell the maximum number of new and used vehicles via an effective sales process.
• Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
• Maintain showroom and displays to the required standard.
• Prospect for new and used car customers to create additional sales opportunities.
• Follow the sales process consistently.
• Prepare and hand over sold vehicles with a full briefing on operation and controls.
• Introduce customers to Aftersales staff for follow-up and future sales.
• Develop product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and competitors.
• Participate in planning sales campaigns and on/off-site promotions.
