GSF Car Parts is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by meeting customer needs and helping achieve sales targets. You will work with the sales team to answer queries, promote promotions, and build relationships with customers.

Role requires experience in telesales or customer service, a strong focus on delivering results under pressure, and teamwork with the ability to work independently. IT literacy is essential and knowledge of car parts is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Handle telephone and electronic queries with the sales team to promote products.

• Coordinate with Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements.
• Build product knowledge through internal literature and learning portals.
