Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Buyer for a permanent role in Ashford. You will negotiate with around 30-40 suppliers, raise around 10 POs daily, and manage essential materials and consumables, including PPE and stationery. The office offers a relaxed atmosphere with a team focus on delivering bespoke products.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with free parking and a supportive boss who values contributions. Immediate start possible or notice period okay.

Qualifications

• Experience raising purchase orders daily and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure best prices and delivery timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Raise Purchase Orders daily and manage around 10 PO’s from 30-40 suppliers.
• Build strong supplier relationships to secure best prices and timely deliveries.
• Procure essential materials and office consumables (PPE, stationery).
• Sign off on monthly invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Handle daily admin tasks including timesheets and filing delivery notes.
