Job summary

Office Angels in Ashford is seeking a motivated Buyer to join the team on a permanent basis. The role involves raising daily purchase orders, negotiating with 30-40 suppliers, and managing material purchases to support just-in-time production.

It also covers invoice sign-off and general office administration with a collaborative team. The successful candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, competent MS Office use, and excellent organisational and time-management

Qualifications

• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and communicate clearly.
• Experience using MS Word/Excel for procurement tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise Purchase Orders daily and manage 30-40 suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and delivery timelines to support just-in-time production.
• Oversee procurement of materials and consumables like PPE and stationery.
• Sign off monthly invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle daily office admin tasks including timesheets and filing.
