Responsibilities

• Face-to-face teaching across Business programmes.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements.
• Teach and support learners across relevant programmes and levels.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with college requirements.
• Support learners with their academic development and progression.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, development and quality improvement.
• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
