Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to trade professionals and the public.
• Handle stock management including order processing and stock control.
• Serve customers efficiently at the Trade Counter.
• Make sales calls to existing and new customers.
• Process customer orders and raise quotations.
• Assist with goods in/out and loading/unloading.
• Enhance product knowledge by learning about new market products.
