This paid role lets you pick shifts via our app at venues across Manchester, from stadiums and hotels to conferences, live music and festivals. 1 year of waiter or bartender experience is required in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, restaurant service or bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong bartending and presentation skills.
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate orders for food and drinks, ensuring timely delivery with a focus on quality service
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and safety guidelines
• Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, providing attentive service to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and checking expiration dates for food safety compliance
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, managing time effectively to serve all guests promptly
