Job summary

Jubilee Talent in Manchester is seeking an energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. You will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering exceptional service, mixing drinks, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

This role uses our app to cherry-pick shifts at venues across Manchester, from stadiums to hotels and live events. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hospitality or bartending experience, knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in hospitality or bartending required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Strong bartending skills, including drink mixing, garnishing, and presentation.
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders for food and drinks, ensuring timely delivery with a focus on quality service.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and safety guidelines.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, providing attentive service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and checking expiration dates for food safety compliance.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, managing time effectively to serve all guests promptly.
