TOCA Social in Birmingham is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our dynamic team. You will craft drinks, deliver memorable experiences, and help guests navigate our food and beverage offers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in crafting drinks, including cocktails.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner and eager to support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support guests through their journey to provide a best in class experience.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming approach and deliver memorable experiences.
• Create drinks to TOCA Social standards.
• Support Barbacks when needed and take guest orders.
• Provide drink recommendations and assist with transactions efficiently.
• Coach junior team members to become legends.
• Verify guest ages where required and follow ID checks.
• Explain TOCA Food & Beverage offers and make recommendations.
• Keep guest areas clean and presentable and stock replenished.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to minimise disruption.
• Be flexible to cover other duties as required.
