Job summary

F1 Arcade UK is seeking a Bartender for our Birmingham location to assist in daily bar operations, maintain cleanliness, and deliver drinks to the highest standard. You will work with the team to ensure a seamless, enjoyable guest experience and contribute to the rollout of seasonal menus and promotions.

Ideal candidates will have experience in busy bars, strong hospitality skills, and a passion for engaging guests while maintaining speed and accuracy in service.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day bar operations: station prep, restocking, cleanliness.

• Ensure fast, friendly service and high beverage presentation standards.
• Monitor stock at your station and flag shortages or waste.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere with attentive, accurate service.
